Hmmm, that is the successor to System Shock. I bet it is good.

Getting it...no question...SS2 rocked my socks...or whatever the kids say now-a-days. But its still a damn shooter. Can't they make other type of "high hype" games that AREN'T yet another damn shooter?

Less QQ and more pew-pew...we all can't help it if you're old and slow.

SS2 is more like Daggerfall and Deus Ex than Doom and Quake. You have to manage inventory and upgrade your character as you go along. So you can fine tune yourself for fighting, stealth, hacking, etc. I imagine bioshock will be the same.
SS2 had limited resources too, so you couldn't go in with guns blazing. You had to conserve your ammo for when you really needed it.

I rather play in 3rd view any day of the week. At least, that way, I know what's shooting at me.

Ahhh. Yeah, I'm the opposite way. I prefer the immersion of 1st person pov.

What?! You can't spin your head around 360 degrees lightning fast and stop on a dime?

I sure can spin my head 125degree either directions to check out the hotties on the road without moving my whole body around. Do that on a FPS... Usually tho, I get a jab at my side from girlfriend tho.

I can't see my back in real life. fps I can lose myself in the game. 3rd person, I am always just playing a game because I'm constantly reminded of the fact that I'm watching my avatar rather than focusing on the world around.
