Guild Wars 1 nite: Tuesday May 18, 9PM EDT/6PM PDT

Last week it was suggested to hold a Guild Wars 1 night for MP folks who are still interested in the game - any of you who can make it, I'll be in-game tomorrow night at 9PM Eastern time in one of the major cities (Lions Arch, Shing Jea, Kamadan, or Great Temple of Balthazar depending on what campaigns everyone has)... let's meet up.

I will be giving out a free "ugly ass" minipet of my choosing to anyone who shows up along with lots and lots of Firewater so you alkies can get good and wasted. Depending on how many of you show up we may actually play some Guild Wars as well.

Just send a tell in-game to my GW1 main, Biff The Merciless or post your character name below. I will log into the CoT/Ataraxia/MP Ventrilo server as well.

Oh man, I am SO behind on that show. 2 full seasons! No spoilers please Guess I'll have to fire up the ole' BitTorrent later this summer...

Whoever can make tomorrow night, we are definitely on, but for the weekend warriors I was thinking the next Guild Wars 1 day should be Sunday, May 30... assuming you all aren't out of town for the Memorial Day holiday or anything.

I broke down Saturday morning and picked up the trilogy. Rolled up a Dervish and couldn't put the game down all weekend. I'm lost as hell, but looking forward to learning as much as I can.

I've decided to stop wasting money on MMO subscriptions until either GW2 or SWTOR come out. So that should give me some time to go through the 6 years of content GW1 has to offer.

I was thinking the same thing, I bought the trilogy on Steam a few weeks back and have barely played any.

Here are my characters for vanilla GW:

20 Elementalist/Monk
18 Necromancer/Monk

I'm also willing to roll up a new character if needed since I've never actually completed the original storyline.
