The Warhammer story in general really disappoints me. I know it has happened to other games, like Tabula Rasa. I suppose it saddens me because it was a game in which I was interested and which seemed to have such potential. And it all just went a muck. But yeah, the future isn't looking very bright for WAR.

Its so crazy to think that a year ago i was more into WAR than into any other game before. I registered my original website 353 days ago. (its about to expire, zomg! i should archive it before i lose it shouldnt i?)
on the silver lining side, it means that i will be able to focus more on Aion i guess?
a listener to MMO weakly had an interesting thought, she asked if WAR could do the DDO F2P with paid expansions model. I think i answered adequately, but curious if anybody else disagrees. my short answer is that it wouldnt work for WAR in its current form and losing 80 people off the staff means they probably dont have the resources to create a pay-able expansion right now.

I've realized that I don't miss WAR. I miss what WAR could have been.

That's a good point, Bacchus. There were parts I loved (the action in the scenarios), but I don't miss the whole shebang.
