Was going to play some L4D last night and while it was loading, the game decided to lock up. I tried a couple more times, had the same result. I decided to reinstall, so I went ahead and deleted it. I was going to re-download, but seeing as it was late, I decided to play TF2 instead. I got in game and it was running like CRAP. I'm hoping that something that was deleted with L4D, or something with Steam is causing the problem, so im reinstalling TF2 today. But if it ends up not fixing it, I may be out of gaming until I get a new vid card (assuming its fried/overheating/whatever). Wish me luck! PS. Sorry Winin! I really wanted to play last night

Bummer! Yeah, I was hoping to kick zombie ass with you, but sadly I got over run and eaten. Where was my backup?
Are your drivers up to date? (heheh, just being helpful tech support guy.)

well nothing changed since the night before and TF2 was running like a champ. So im assuming either my card took a dump, or something happened when I deleted the L4D files. Will find out tonight. Just scheduled myself to help out the maintenance crew this saturday, so ill be able to buy a new card if thats the culprit
