I love the art style.
I don't like multiclassing... I prefer the holy trinity. That being said, I think GW2 is awesome so I can be proven wrong.
I love Minecraft and I'm interested in an MMO-Minecraft where all my MultiPlaying friends have a home server that isn't ran by some schmoe that's going to delete it in a week.
I like a destructible world. I don't know how that's going to work out. I don't have to. That's not my job. I hope they get it right because I like the idea of a destructible world.
and if this fails... there's always TESO & Camelot Unchained so chill the fuck out.

I can't find any evidence that the holy trinity is dead that comes direct from SOE. I watched the press conference in it's entirety, and they make mention to having both tanks and healers. I don't see any evidence that you can't use multiclassing to build a pure tank (like taking all tanking souls in Rift, for example) nor have I seen any evidence that main healing and taunt mechanics are gone.
What I can find is rampant freaking out without a scrap of source material to cite to support it. The line of reasoning seems to be: Multiclassing?! -> HYBRIDS! -> OMG DEATH OF TRINITY. If hybrid classes are the death of the trinity, then the trinity died in EQ1, which had a ton of hybrid classes (The Paladin and Death Knight spring immediately to mind.).
Do you have a source where they say the trinity is dead? I honestly can't find one among all the freaking out.

That's a good point. There's mostly assumptions based off of the multiclassing satement: "What multiclassing is, is when you start the game, there's 8 different classes that you can pick from. Each class has a couple of weapons that you can choose and a handful of character abilities that go with it. As you go out in the world and start exploring [...], you'll find opportunities to acquire new classes." source: the above video & this : orcz.com/EQ_Next:_MulticlassingI'm wondering if these are more like their answer to a talent tree... ways to specialize the original class you chose.

I did. I feel much better liking GW2 knowing that Hitler doesn't like it.
