Last night when I was on I noticed a bunch of Clerics and rogues in the guild. What is everybody's Cleric build. I was thinking Cabalist main focus with Inquisitor and Juaticar sub focuses.
Is that a good build? What would it be used for (PvP, PvE- DPS, Tanking?)?

I'm not a cleric so I don't actually have an answer (sorry!) but if you look in the archetype forums I'm sure you could find a nice PvP build.

I am Justicar Druid Shaman. I have put most of my points so far in Justicar. I like the melee healing. I really did not put anythought into it just picked what I thought looked cool. I really don't like my fairy following me around but it does draw some agro when I need it too. I don't know if this is a good build but I am having fun with it.

I checked forums and cabalist is not a common build. Most people don't like it because of AoE. I'm thinking Cabalist/Purifier/Inquisitor now I'll need sting healing for the massive AoEs

My leveling build is Druid/Shaman/Sentinel. My healing build is Purifer/Warden/Sentinel.
I have been toying around with a Inquisitor/Justicar build but I need a higher level to make it work. I hear Inquistitor is a great damage class, and that Cabalist sucks unless you can get full use of their AoEs (Rift hopping mostly) but I haven't tried either.

I've been playing Shaman/Justicar/Insquisitor, with most of my points in Shaman. It's a poor healer of others thus far but I don't die much. Jury is still out on the PvP. I didn't die much when I did it, but I had a hard time killing much also. But I last PvP'd at 19. I have no idea if it's considered gimp or not. I just took what looked fun.

It is my humble opinion that clerics are better off healing in PvP. Our burst damage is terrible, although we do get a lot of utility in our damage specs. Wont level a 1v1 fight, but makes us good to have in larger skirmishes.

I run a mostly cabalist priest for levelling and solo questing. I don;t use the AoEs too much unless I have some space between my target and the nearest adds, or unless those adds are weak enough to kill pretty quickly-which they often are, if they aren't elites in a rift raid or in a dungeon. I've put some other points into inquisitor, which is more bolt oriented, and one into warden for the instant HoT.
This build works great for elites and especially bosses, as I can keep 4 DoTs burning pretty much perpetually. I may even get a few more later on, not sure. Most of the passive abilities for cabalist add to spell damage or focus on adding to damage from channeled and DoT spells. The up-front damage is not great, but sustained over time it can be very effective. Think of a WoW warlock, in chain, with no pet, and plenty of AoE spells available.
The best spell for the cabalist is Decay, which is just channelled death energy. You can throw on a sigil and use one of your AoE bomb spells, I have two of those so far, just watch for nearby enemies; sometimes you may want to get them, as the first sigil you get actually restores mana depending on how many enemies and/or Lurking Decay stacks you burn with it. I can usually restore 50-80% of mana with that, though I may have an entire raid of pissed off planar critters after me.
I remember playing an inquisitor build through some of the betas, and that was a lot safer as far as focusing and not getting adds. It gets life drain and mana siphon channelled spells, and is primarily based on focused attacks, one target at a time.
Your kung fu no good, that no for fighting; your kung-fu for silly girl

I tried Cabalist-Justicar-Shaman last night. I might replace the Shaman because Justicar does great melee job with healing. Decay hits like a truck. I'm thinking I'll replace Shaman with Inquisitor for the DoTs like you said. I really think the AoE will be great in PvP because people stay clumped together protecting the fang in Black Garden. Now that I'm level 10, I can test my theory
Btw- my Cleric is Clerical and my Rogue is Jibboo. For some reason Jibbooboo is inappropriate.

There is a bug that labels taken names as "inappropriate". I am not sure if it was ever fixed.

Or maybe no names with boob in them. It wouldn't let me say sauerkraut in chat. Kraut is bad.

Yeah, looks pretty solid. The callings are all susceptible to change, and there are lots of viable builds for all the talent trees. Experiment and find what you like, respecs are relatively cheap in Rift.
