... I can't get past the "User name or password you entered is incorrect."
I must have reset my password like 15 times already and nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
I have a ticket in, but have not yet received a response.

Hey, Rer just wanted me to inform you that Trion's authentication servers are really backed up and that it may take a while for the password to reset

I was able to get whole of their phone customer service last night and got an automated message. They had a problem with user accounts that were created yesterday. I checked this morning before running in town and it worked. So hopefully I'll be in game soon.
