For those of you who haven't played in a while or who are new to WAR, you can get a mount now as soon as you enter T2. You can only use it in the areas that bolster you to 21, RvR lakes and scenarios initially. At 20, you can use the mount anywhere.
When I first went back to WAR, I couldn't figure out how it was that I was always getting grouped with such high levels because everyone had mounts. Finally, I asked. It was a real D'oh! moment.

My problem was getting the gold to buy the mount. I was the only person in T3 there for awhile running from place to place, was sad really.

Yeah, I actually started doing a bit more PvE. Partly because,...I like it...and partly because I wanted to get some money.

Yes, without doing PvE, gold is actually lacking. funny, because I remember the first go around in WAR, having more gold than I had use for. Scavenging is probably the easiest way to go. Even vendoring the stuff makes you some gold. Also, you can use the renown tactic for extra gold.

That's the nice part about having a lot of alts and rich friends.
Josh Drescher want 'mo money? Not a problem for my high rollin' elf friends.
