These aren't summaries of the races, just their relations with others. But to briefly answer your question:
Goblins are little cousins of the Orcs. They are cowardly, devious and quite clever. A Goblin's ideal fight would be behind an enemy, in the dark, with 6 other Goblins backing him up. There are too many types of goblins to describe. There are 3 types however that are a: the most common and most likely to be seen in W.A.R and b: most often seen with Orcs. Goblins, Forest Goblins, and Night Goblins.
Goblins are the most common sight and are always found in Orc armies. They are generally teased, kicked, tortured, and eaten by Orcs...or all of the above.
Forest Goblins ride giant spiders and are often seen with Savage Orcs and suffer the same abuse.
Night Goblins, the independant type, are the most cunning and malicious. They live underground and constantly fight against Dwarfs for territory. Night Goblin Bosses are even known to sometimes command other Orcs, they can be that mean and deadly. Night Goblins have one major weakness, ( apart from the lack of size and courage of all Goblins) they are utterly afraid of Elves.
Did that help? There is so much more to them, but that's the basics. I'd love to see full groups of Goblins running around in the game. It would be the one time in MMO gaming where ganking other players would be acceptable and whithin the spirit of the game, in my opinion. It just fits so well..I can see it now, a mighty Chaos Warrior covered in Goblins jumping all over him chipping away at his armour...
