The Greenskins
WarBoss / Black Orc - Orc Only - Arms / Tanker. The pure tanker. Nine-feet tall and full of rage, he's a Stuntie's worst nightmare.
Orc Choppa- Orc Only - Arms / DPS. Considered the Greenskins Melee-Oriented Archer career. He can leap in and out of combat with a manic intensity.
He can also invite attacks on himself by waving a handful of Dwarf beards around or, I kid you not, laying down on the ground and throwing a tantrum because no one's attacking him.
Even the most stable Orc is only a hairs breadth from coming completely unglued in the heat of battle. It is to the great relief of their opponents and allies alike that most of them manage to keep it together. There are some Orcs, however, that just can’t be bothered with that sort of thing. These are simple creatures – simply violent, simply well armed, simply a bloody nightmare to keep from running blindly into the fray – and they are among the most deadly of opponents one will ever face in the heat of a melee. These are Choppas, named for their weapon, and their weapon named for them, and their frenzy is to be feared.
Goblin Squig Herder - Goblin Only - Arms / Ranged DPS. Serves as more of a pet-oriented class. Rather than taking on a more predictable route, the Squig Herder has a unique method of creating and controlling the ravenous balls of meat that are Warhammer's Squigs. When the herder creates a Squig, the Squig is so ungrateful that he actually eats his master. From inside the Squig's stomach, the herder can now poke and prod the Squig's brain to control his actions. For the most part this will involve a lot of jumping around and biting things. There are a few specialized Squigs however; the battle ball Squig will roll over its opponents American Gladiator style. Once a Squig is killed, he spits out the poor herder who is then free to carry on as usual.
Goblin Shaman - Goblin Only - Magic / Healer. Offers the Greenskins their only outlet for magic use and probable healer.
He’s got Waaagh!, and he’s not afraid to use it! What more can you say about a lad who gets the big Waaagh! going when the boyz roll out? The Shaman channels the primal bloodlust of the Greenskins into effects both beneficial and baleful. He keeps the lads up and running far beyond their normal capabilities and calls down the wrath of the twin deities, Gork and Mork, onto his enemies. The one feeds the other and around he goes, delivering a deadly combination of healing magic and stomping, pummeling power without pause.
Dwarfs
Ironbreaker - Arms / Tanker
The Ironbreaker is the quintessential dwarf – gruff, quarrelsome and taciturn. He is also your best friend on the field of battle, as any blow struck against his allies is a Grudge that is guaranteed to be repaid in kind. Equipped with his famed gromril armor, and practicing his elite weapon craft, he is a steadfast defender. This dwarf is proof against even the most powerful attacks, standing by his allies and ensuring their safety amidst the swirling chaos of battle. It is said that there are few warriors in the world who can boast they are as tough as an Ironbreaker, and none that can prove it.
Hammerer - Arms / Melee DPS
When it comes to heavy blunt objects size matters, and that thought is the driving force behind the Hammerer’s choice of weapons. His job is to bash things good and solid, and in keeping with a Dwarf’s nature he’s selected the best tool for the job: the great hammer. With weapon firmly in hand there are few more deadly melee opponents to be found on any field of battle, and fewer still that can hope to match the Hammerer’s combination of skill, tenacity, and sheer momentum. Though he is not so well protected as the more defensive Ironbreaker, this limitation is offset by the killing power he wields.
Runepriest - Magic / Healer
Dwarfs don’t go in for magic. Like so many things embraced by humans and their allies it’s just much too new-fangled and unreliable, at least from the Dwarfen point of view. Now runes on the other hand, that’s a whole different story. Runes have an old power. Their carving is a ritual so refined that the results are as expected as rocks rolling down hill. The keepers of this art are the Runepriests, adepts and sages who spend their lives learning the language of runes. With their craft they can create effects of stunning power, accosting their foes with the power of the earth itself. They can also harden their allies against the most damaging of attacks, and heal their wounds.
Engineer - Arms / Ranged DPS
An explosion is the ultimate form of mechanical advantage, so it’s no big surprise that the skills of the Dwarf Engineer extend well along these lines. From guns to grenades, he is a deadly ranged combatant who will pelt you with lead from afar and blast you to bits as you close in. He excels when fighting multiple opponents, as many of his explosive attacks are capable of devastating enemies who pack too closely together. The Engineer offers an outstanding blend of flexible firepower which makes him a truly deadly and clever combatant.
