most of the "must have" macros I found on the boards are no longer allowed by Blizzard, but this one is still good:
but make sure you use the right polymorph rank that you have available.

I want to find the name of the one that Ellwin uses that has the moon, diamond, etc symbols it puts over the mob heads. Thats pretty cool!

looks like it might be called Target Tools. Heres a screeny of 2 of the icons over some targets heads:

I remember the AtM guys used to use that targeting one. It was great when people were sheeping and shackling at the start of a fight.

Any group or raid leader can put a target over any MOBs head...it's an in-game mechanism...target the MOB...right click and then select the marker. You can even target people in your raid and give them an icon so people follow the right person.

Yes, you can just add the command to the macro as such: /cast [harm] Polymorph /stopmacro [noharm] /p Sheeping %t! DO NOT TOUCH! /script SetRaidTargetIcon("target",5) 0 = no icon 1 = Yellow 4-point Star 2 = Orange Circle 3 = Purple Diamond 4 = Green Triangle 5 = White Crescent Moon 6 = Blue Square 7 = Red "X" Cross 8 = White Skull This macro will cast Polymorph if the target is hostile, then stop the macro if the target is NOT hostile (i.e. if the polymorph didn't go off). Then it tells the party that it's target has been Sheeped. Note that because of the '/stopmacro' command, if the target was not sheeped, the party would not be sent a tell (thus cutting down on unneccessary spam). It will also place a raid target icon above the mob.

Here's my combo of the above... if I'm solo it'll /say what I'm sheeping to inform any schmoes around me if I'm in a party, it'll say it in /p and if I'm in a raid, it'll say it in /ra and I added in Lanir's stuff so that it'll stop if the thing isn't sheepable, avoiding spamming folks to death. and if I'm the party leader it'll set the raid icon to the moon over the thing I'm sheeping. and it tells the mobs level. I couldn't fit the gender info in with the 255 character limit /cast [harm] Polymorph(Rank 2) /stopmacro [noharm] /script s="Sheeping "..UnitLevel("target").." %T";c="say";if GetNumRaidMembers()>0 then c="raid" elseif GetNumPartyMembers()>0 then c="party" end;SendChatMessage(s,c) /script SetRaidTargetIcon("target",5)

Please be advised, those pretty icons also have some interesting nicknames. For example, the orange circle is referred to as "The Condom". The green triangle is called "The Thong". The things you learn when playing with Harwin, while he is playing Feena's mage. I wonder if the real Fee knows the nicknames??? And Zeli, you should also make a macro like El has for goobers like me, who will....*ahem* from time to time, hit one of his polymorphed mobs....."STOP HITTING MY PIG!!" I would like to know the macro for when I'm summoning someone with Noa, (something like "Summoning <group member name>. Please clicky!")
