We are extremely lucky in that one of our listeners, Sarc from Lagwar & GAFCast, was able to go to NYC Comic Con and picked up some unlock codes to share with podcasts to use as a giveaway and we have one!
What does this code unlock?
Chompin Teef
Exclusive Steel Jaw Customization option for Orc Choppas - Da best teef! CHOMP! Items will be distributed with the launch of the Orc Choppa and Dwarf Slayer.
Snorri's Spikes
Exclusive Spike Mohawk Customization option for Dwarf Slayers - Brightly orange painted gromril spikes, said to be the same spikes that were driven into the skull of the famous Slayer Snorri Nosebiter! Items will be distributed with the launch of the Orc Choppa and Dwarf Slayer.
Da' Big Apple
Exclusive WAR "Big Apple" Trophy - Dem da biggest apples! Gud for tossin and chompin! Items will be distributed with the launch of the Orc Choppa and Dwarf Slayer.
*Offer may not be substituted, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash or other goods or services, or applied toward prior purchases. Lost codes will not be reissued.
To give out this code, we’re going to have a CoTCast Bumper Contest. We will be announcing the contest on our podcast this Friday but I wanted to start it now for any who may check here since we did request bumpers in our last show and I want to include anyone who may send them in the meantime.
To be considered for the contest, you must submit a new CoTCast bumper between February 09 – February 19. The winner will be announced during the podcast recording on February 20.
To submit a bumper: Record your bumper as a wav or mp3 and e-mail it to circleoftrust.guild@gmail.com
What to say on the bumper: Anything you want, but be sure to introduce yourself, state your affiliation, and declare that it is CoTCast.
Example: “This is Zell from Circle of Trust on Ostermark and you’re listening to CoTCast."
See, you don’t even have to claim that you like CoTCast. That is an example of the simplest bumper but feel free to elaborate if you like. Winners will be chosen at random so you have a chance to win no matter how simple or fancy your bumper is. This contest is open to individuals, other podcasts, websites, guilds, anyone! Get a promo for yourself and a chance at a code. Not a bad deal.
Podcasts, websites, guilds and other groups entering - if they win, the code will be sent to the email address that submits the bumper and it will be up to them to decide who gets it.
Each bumper submission counts as an entry into the contest. So you may submit multiple bumpers for additional chances to win, but the bumpers must be different (cannot say exactly the same thing).
