My computer guy (aka, Gutter) is gone up at work and I'm having trouble with my iTunes and was wondering if anyone here can help me.
I purchased the first season of Heroes the other day and it successfully downloaded 11 of the episodes, but got some kind of error or just stopped downloading (can't remember which) before it finished with the other half of the episodes. Now, when I try to check for available downloads it keeps telling me that its unable to check because the connection timed out. I know that can't be true because the internet is working fine for everything else, I can even still access the iTunes store. I tried disabling our firewall but it didn't help. I even tried to uninstall iTunes so that I can try to reinstall it but it won't uninstall, it just sits there oddly saying it's preparing to but never does.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I've tried searching for help at the iTunes site but nothing suggested worked. :/

I'm having a similar problem using iTunes to download all my podcasts. I get a 3252 error every time I try to download them now. When did this problem start? I have a feeling it may be something on Apple's end or the last iTunes patch.

Just recently, within the last week. I had never had any problems up till then. I'm also thinking it may be something at their end. But I really hope I or they can get it fixed soon, I'm almost done watching those first episodes. >.<

Same for me. There was an update in that period of time too, so think we have narrowed down the culprit. I'll look into fixing it when I get time.
