Damn straight. Locke was one bad ass mofo, then they turned him into a sniveling wimp. Make him the calm mystical bad ass again.

He and Juliette definitely have some bad history. Something will definitely happen there. I am thinking that you are wright Wrasse, those papers were just papers. She didn't provide him with any real information. I kind of hope they resolve the whole Jack's dad was mean to him thing. I think it has run its course, it was interesting for awhile. And speaking of his dad, who else thinks Jack and the chick with the kid that the hobbit loves are half-brother and sister? They showed Jack's dad last year banging on someone's door in Australia, and a women that looked like her told him that he couldn't see "her". Yep...right on, Ab! Jen and I were talking about last night and didn't even make the connection! That's it...I'll betcha....the way everything is interconnected in this show. ...and we're never gonna know why Libby was in the mental home with Hurley now that she's dead...meh...or will we? dun dun dun! ...and you're right...we get it...Jack had a falling out with daddy...let it go!

I read in an interview with the producers that she is in the season via flashbacks, so hopefully we will find out what her story was. BTW, when she first came on the show my mom and I were talking about it and I said something about how she was a clinical psychologist like me. My mom said "Really, thats what you do?" Nice Mom, way to look into what you were paying for.

One thing Jen said last night and I agree...each season the show shifts gear so much...people change, the story kinda changes (or how they present it), and new twists are introduced. It's going to be hard to get a reading on this season until about 4-5 shows...last night I wasn't all that pleased but today I feel better about it...but that simply could be because there isn't much else to watch on TV. Nah...I liked it. Oh...Heroes has promise...it's just kinda silly at times...but it could be good.

Can I just say...the one thing that bugs me about the show is this: NO ONE TALKS TO ONE ANOTHER ABOUT ANYTHING SO THEY ALWAYS MAKE STUPID MISTAKES OR GET THEMSELVES INTO MORE TROUBLE!! Ok...I feel better. Simple scenario: Hurley: "What's a matter, dude?" Sayid: "Oh, I hurt my leg going down those stairs over there because a plank was missing." Hurley: "Dude, Jack took a couple of planks out of that to build some kind of box that he needed for storage" Sayid: "Why didn't he warn people!??! Those stairs are used daily!" Hurley: "Haven't you figured out that we don't disclose much information on this island, act unpredictably at times, and have communication issues? Just look at how many of us have healthy relationships here." Sayid: "Good point." (ok, that was kinda dumb but you get my point...and, darn, three posts in a row...I'm too talkative today )

I like LOST but I tend to like 24 more. I can't wait for that one to start.

Yeah, and will Michael and Walt come back now that they have a boat? I also wonder how involved the other people are in "The others"? Or is it just this small faction within them that are being asshats? I read on a message board a guys theory on what he believed it to be. It seemed pretty good to me. www.losttv-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7434

If that's the case then the 'others' are the shrinks and they DO have the paperwork on Jack (they did say he graduated a year early in med school...not sure how they got that). They are presenting the captured crashees with different environments...hmmm... Jen and I thought, like many others, it was some kind of 'purgatory' going on since people seemed to be dying/disappearing when their issues were resolved. This has been struck down by the producers so I think this guy may be right. Great link, Lanir! Stories like this have been done before...it seems a little cheap to me but isn't terrible. I'm still holding out hope it's something more. *edit* Wait...but wouldn't the leader of the others say, "They have a VIRTUAL boat?" on the previews for next week instead of "They have a boat?!?"

The purgatory one is definitely shot down, by the producers and by the show. There was also talk that they were in a different time period, but that seems unlikely too because they showed Desmond's ex-girlfriend's guys in the arctic get that message at the end of last season. That proved that they are in the real world and I assume the same time period. I wonder if Jack ever said anything about graduating a year early on the island, maybe Ethan or someone else relayed it to the Others.
