Here's two really good videos. The intention of both videos is to show Mal's hidden feelings for Kaylee. Knowing the characters as I interpret them, I don't think he succeeded in convincing me of this. I've always thought that Mal loves Kaylee, but in a very brotherly way. In any case, these are great highlights of their relationship. I think the Kaylee one is better, but they're both good.
