Rae, over on the House Stalwart site, has started this great collaborative spreadsheet for crafting. Once you open it up, at the bottom, you'll see tabs for each crafting skill.

If one person learns a trait for an item, they can craft that item with that trait, and give it to someone else to learn. This will be really nice for the new folks starting out that can't find a specific trait that they want to research (or just have bad luck finding gear).
I believe anyone who can click the link can edit, so if you have researched a trait on an item, just add your @name to the box.
If you see someone on the list that can craft an attribute you want to research, just send them a message in game. It would also be courteous if you can find one of the requisite gems needed to craft the item with that attribute.

I threw an additional tab into the spreadsheet after the three visible-gear professions: Styles, so we can track who can make what particular variations on pretty.
