I've been pretty down on the idea of the Oculus Rift and Project Morpheus. VR still gives me flashbacks to that place in our local mall with the huge headsets that felt like total dog shit to play and cost like five bucks for about 2 minutes. I hadn't even considered the application of using a VR headset for sim racing. It's something that I love and keep meaning to jump back in, but I'm also sad every time I do because of my setup. See, many sim racers use at least a 3 monitor setup ( at least). That way you can have a good view of cars next to you in case you need to dive behind one in for a turn. With services like iRacing, you get docked points for anything considered unsafe (like tires touching the dirt, for instance). The ability to have a head tracking VR setup could be amaaaaaazing and it would replace the need for a multiple monitor setup. Thus, allowing me to play these sims without a huge investment. www.reddit.com/r/PS4/comments/21eokt/project_cars_will_support_project_morpheus/If this thing all falls into place, I could totally see buying the Sony headset. Especially if they allow PC support for the unit.

It would be great for flight Sims too. The screen is just too constraining.
