If you don't want to play the main story again (as I don't) here are some tips I've discovered. Quests/dungeons/skirmishes are generally level gated, i.e. you need the correct level, you don't need to have done all the quests prior. That means you can level up how you want and then do the quest/dungeon/skirmish whenever. There are only a few quests you should really do -Getting a free companion -Getting a free horse -Getting free bags (Blacklake quest: neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Close_to_the_Crown and Neverdeath quest: neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Clockwork_Guild_Tomb)Then maybe do the top level zone for some decent armor, but you'll probably be fine in drops. I like to level alts by running Foundry quests, queueing for skirmishes, etc. Oh, and PvP is fun and a great way to level. Save all your pvp points (I forget what they are called). When you hit 50, you can buy the PvP gear, which is on par with the Tier 1 dungeon gear. It should be enough to get you enough gear score to get into most top end dungeons.
