I haven't played it. Looked like it could be fun, but didn't seem worth the price of admission. Like you, sir Grok, I would love to hear other's thoughts.

I enjoy the game in quick bursts. Kind if like GW2. I usually log on an blow shit up for an hour and log off. It's mainly mindless shooting, but it's fun. The menus are a mess though. This game needs a lot of love, unlike Rift. That said, I have a great time playing it at least 2-5 hours a week.

I played in one of the Beta weekends, because I was very excited about the setting and the show. But I just couldn't get into it. At it's core it's a first person shooter, or at least it felt that way to me. The skill involved in playing felt like it was about micromanaging your ammo and when to reload, and being twitchy with how you aim. I understand that is thrilling for many, but not me. I like to take my games a little slower than that.
