D'oh! Beat me to it (by several hours )! ProTip: You can copy the contents of the GW2 folder from a PC install to the Mac install and save yourself the ~17.5 Gb download. Just "Show Package Contents" on the Guild Wars 2 application, then copy to "Contents > Resources> transgaming > c_drive > GW2" I'll report back later on with how well it runs.

I tested it briefly today, and it seems to work well. There's an FPS drop, but I didn't run into horrible, game-breaking bugs. I'm going to continue running in Windows when I'm "serious," but for just hopping on to check TP, craft, etc, this is perfect. Can't wait until 1.0.

Oh right! Totally forgot I could put it on my MBP. Guess I know what I'm doing tonight. Now, if only I could find a way to keep the fan from jumping to a kabillion RPM's anytime I even *think* about using the GPU.
