I just had to go through 6 automated issues to get to the 'correct person'. Luckily one of the buttons was the exact "Account shows no active subscription" so HOPEFULLY they'll fix it. Not like its been 20 days or anything Edit: Surprise, he couldn't help me, escalated again WEEEE (I worked in Customer Support for 2 years, so I know this is how it goes. Don't blame them, but its annoying)

Wow, that's terribly amazing. What could they possibly have designed that can get so totally @%#!?
I mean, how complex does it have to be? Client + account + paid license = ready player one.
You'd think that someone there would just say, "look I'll just friggin reset all your shit (but keep your characters) and set you up with a new account."
Definitely unacceptable. I'm tough as shit at my work (when I need to be), and I'd keep them on the phone until I was looking at the game world.
It's not like whatever needs "fixing" is going to take more than a few clicks.
