Woohoo! It's another XP weekend, so maybe I can get a few more levels in. The other two or three of you that still play should be there too! It's from 8 pm tonight, Friday, until 8 pm on Monday.
screw you guys, I'm going home.

Woohoo! It's another XP weekend, so maybe I can get a few more levels in. The other two or three of you that still play should be there too! It's from 8 pm tonight, Friday, until 8 pm on Monday. It actually ended at 8am today not 8pm... I got most of level 47 done over the weekend on Lumiel and am just a couple bubbles away from 48. Currently busy grinding out Platinum coins for a gold weapon that is gonna be as close as I get to "endgame" quality. I've decided to boycott instances until I hit 50 because the Soul Healing bills have gotten so monstrously large. I'm also boycotting the ludicrous "Hot Heart of Magic" quest which is causing level 50s all across the continent to uninstall Aion and cancel their subs, while screaming in terror. Sorry to hear that Ataraxia activity is way down but I'll be honest even I, a player who loves MMO grind, had to take several breaks over the weekend and play other games to keep from going insane. I took my long-neglected Fallout 3 guy through a couple Metro stations and got my lockpicking up to 100! W00t ;D

Nice! I never really messed with lockpicking in that game. I did do the computer hacking though. Loved unleashing that security robot in the supermarket.

I loved doing it for some reason and really never broke a hairpin except on hard difficulty locks. The computer terminal ones while cool unleashing robots on unsuspecting raiders, I sucked at the mini game for it. Like lockpicking, computers was really good to have high level at end game. I still haven't beated The Pitt yet for F3. All the other addon packs were really well done.

Apologies for the threadjack Now that I am done dumping points into Lockpicking I am working on computer hacking, the "Scrabble" like minigame is pretty interesting. Putting most of the rest of my points into Small Guns and Repair. Keeping my karma as high as possible for lots of high-XP Talon Company respawns too. As for "The Pitt" I've bought it but haven't played it. I need to level a little more first. But yeah, it is basically mandatory for me to play thru it though because I went to college at Pitt and the main building on campus where I took dozens of credits (the Cathedral of Learning) is actually in the game:

Yeah, I got halfway through 46 this weekend, then bought ME2 and played that a bit. There's no real rush to get to 50 in Aion on Triniel, as the top Asmo legions (Flawless and Corvus)are apparently not only trading AP with SunShine, but they're constantly using Speed, Map, and Stealth hacks. Unless and until NCSoft does anything about the hacking there's really no point in even trying. So I'm pretty much doing the same thing, grinding platinum coins for a while, maybe doing some instances when the legionnaires need to. It's good to have Legionnaires again. AHEM.
Haven't been back to Fallout 3 in a while. It was fun, and Liam Neeson is much cooler than my own father, but I just haven't been drawn back to it, especially with so much other strange to work my way through.
don't get off the boat... never get off the boat...
