When I gave Marvel Heroes another try, it sucked me in, and I've been playing a ton. Then STO pulled me back in (I was 5 days away from retirement) with the summer event. And my kids and father have been getting me to dabble in EQ again.

I may have to give Marvel Heroes another shot. I know I'll probably hate it, but I'm getting the pull for a super hero game.

I've tried a bunch of action RPGs but never could stand them for more than a month. This is the first that stuck. The superhero theme fits well and the game is fun. I approach it like an an old-school arcade game rather than as a RPG. I think that mental shift helped a ton.
Also I found that if you hold down "W", you will walk towards your cursor. No more click to move (which I HATE).

I'm pretty sure I'm all patched up, but I'll make sure of that TONIGHT.

Neat!
I'm playing FFXIV on Cactaur currently. I've been enjoying the game a lot more this time around and I'm guessing it has to do with playing something totally different than what I'm used to and that they increased the XP from quests a while back. It doesn't feel as grindy. (not saying it doesn't still feel grindy... just not as much like work)

Hi, it's Squiggley/Gubgub and on Discord, Nemo. My wife and I are currently playing The Secret World MMO as our main game. We're also dabbling in Wildstar and looking into Blade and Soul, though the last two are both NCsoft-distributed games so I don't have much faith in the company.
