This shouldn't be a surprise for anyone who's played Dark Age of Camelot. Mark Jacobs has always been open about the fact that he prefers a more rational armor style. Even if you did decide to "go nekkid" in DAoC, you weren't showing off anything more than your ability to do something without armor stats since your base model was rather well dressed.

If you're more familiar with his name from Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, this may be news to you, since the armor there could be quite revealing (witch elves, sorceresseseses, lady-zealots). Keep in mind that the style of that game was already dictated by a long established IP. The game did celebrate some 'no pants gaming' with a variety of titles you could earn by playing without armor on, but that exposure was completely voluntary. Camelot Unchained's fashion, while pulling on some amazing creative elements, is more in keeping with DAoCs actually-armored style. You shouldn't have to worry about awkward underboob exposure as you lay dead on the field in Camelot Unchained.
For those who enjoy the view of the less dressed characters, we'll just have to see what the base models offer for our nekkid-race events.

If you are hoping for dental floss-inspired metal bikinis, you're going to be disappointed; Jacob's vision espouses realistic ensembles befitting warriors who depend on their armor for survival. Read the team's vision and see some of the concept art right here in this first installment of this series, exclusively on Massively.
