I need some technical help. I can't access any of the mmosmacktalk sites including the FTP from my home network. I've tried from several different computers, phones and tablets. I've reset my router to factory settings and restarted my comcast modem. I've check with the site host and there's no ip's blocked. Any suggestions???

I can see them from my phone. Maybe your dns is bad? Try pointing to one of the free dns servers instead odd Comcast.

Posting the error message you get would help us help you.
Got a neighbor with unlocked wifi? (just to test, of course...) If they have a different ISP, and it works, then it could be your ISP blocking access to the site, for whatever reason.

Sometimes I'll use my phone as a modem to bypass my isp. I use PDAnet on Android. Foxfi works too.

When i was working tech support for blizzard on the phones we encountered this problem a couple of times, and with very few exceptions it was a problem with the router. If you can pick one computer and plug it directly into the modem, bypassing the router, and it works, then you can focus on the router as the source of the problem at least. Since I was working for the game company, and not the router people, i don't really know exactly why some routers failed in this way, so not sure i can tell you how to fix it. but i can say that i saw this happen 5 or 6 times.
